Two - Pelarious Experts will abide by all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws as a representative of Pelarious, Inc. and as a representative of the client.
Three - Pelarious unconditionally guarantees every service we provide. Our simple contract promises in writing that clients will never have to pay for any Pelarious service unless they are completely satisfied.
Four - The Pelarious Experts will not knowingly misrepresent their positions and policies or those of any Pelarious client or colleague. Pelarious will disclose all relevant training, experience, and certifications upon request.
Five - Pelarious will only use, install, or support fully licensed software.
Six - Pelarious will keep the client informed of all work involved in a project. The methods and techniques used in any project will be made fully available to the client.
Seven - Pelarious will complete all services for a client in a professional and timely manner.
Eight - Pelarious maintains the highest discretion regarding the client’s confidential policies, business practices, information, files, and documents. We will not keep a record of passwords or other private data without the expressed knowledge and approval of the client.
Nine - Pelarious will honor intellectual property rights and explain to clients what their obligations may be.
Ten - Pelarious requires the highest level of care and competency from its employees. In return, Pelarious compensates employees appropriately to ensure a trusting relationship between client, consultant, and company.
