Can I always get the same Pelarious Expert for my account?
Usually. We believe that the best service is provided when you have a regular Pelarious representative to call on. That person knows you, your business, and your needs. An additional benefit to you, however, and one of our strengths is the range of experts we have available for every need.
If I call you, how fast will you be here?
We always try to respond as fast as possible when you need us, as we understand how valuable your time is. Our On-Demand Service, is a program with many benefits including a guaranteed response time of four hours. When you purchase the On-Demand Service option, we will respond within the promised time or that call is free.
If I don't want to be an On-Demand Service subscriber, can I pay by the hour?
Absolutely. You still have access to all of the professional services we provide. You are billed at a one-hour minimum per call with no guaranteed response time or after-hours support.
Do I have to pay up front?
Only an On-Demand Service subscription is paid in advance. Everything else is paid according to monthly invoice.

What things in my office are covered by your contract?
You decide what service to use and what items are covered. Pelarious offers expert consultations and Administration for your complete Information Technology needs. In addition, we can help with employee procedures, new-hire screening, workflow administration, and training!
What is my guarantee?
Your guarantee is simply the best in the industry. If you are not satisfied for any reason and let us know within two business days, you don't pay for the hours in question. In addition, our On-Demand Service subscribers have a guaranteed response time that states we will respond to your call within four hours or that call is free. Our mission is to provide outstanding service and we guarantee that you will receive it!
Billing and Payment
Do you charge for drive time door-to-door or only time on-site?
The first hour of any round-trip drive time is free. Beyond this, drive time is billed by the quarter hour. You will know on our first visit if charges apply, eliminating any guesswork.
How do you handle billing? Can I pay by credit card?
At the beginning of the calendar month you will receive a summary report and invoice for time used the previous month. The report details what service was performed and how long it took. Time is measured in 15-minute increments with a minimum of one hour.
Paperless billing (invoices sent by email) is a fast and easy option for most people. Also, Pelarious accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for your convenience. Make a payment online.
Equipment
Can I buy computers and equipment from you?
Yes! Pelarious provides complete Information Technology solutions. In addition to preparing comprehensive consultation reports, we will find the equipment you need either through our affiliation with MXN or any other vendor. We will insure the prompt and correct delivery of your computers and other items.
Completing My Projects
Can you tell me how much time it's going to take to complete my project?
Many times we can give a reasonable estimate of the time required. However, no one can foresee all the details of your project. That is why Pelarious charges for time actually used. It is also why we always let you decide how and when to use our service.

Can you help me with my home computer?
Pelarious has a computer-support partner in the St. Louis area element15. What training do you provide?
We provide training for many software applications and operating systems Microsoft Office; Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and GoLive; Quark XPress; FileMaker; Mac OS X; and more. Visit our seminar listings for classroom training.
Pelarious also provides workflow and systems training, allowing you and your employees to work more efficiently, saving valuable time and money.
Do you offer telephone support?
Phone support is offered to all Pelarious clients during regular business hours and billed at our regular rate. Infrequent calls of approximately five minutes are less are free to established clients. After-hours support may be subject to a $200 After-Hours Response Fee. Standard hourly charges also apply. Pelarious pays the After-Hours Response Fees directly to the attending consultants as compensation for their personal time.
On-Demand Service subscribers may call any time, day or night at no extra charge.
