Quickly Navigate Between Running Applications

Use this simple key command to navigate between your running applications. Here's how to do it...

Mac OS X Users
1. Press and hold the Command-key

2. Keep holding down the Command-key and press the Tab-key. A row of icons will appear onscreen.

3. Drag your mouse over the icons or press the Tab-key again and the next application will be highlighted. To move backwards in the row of icons, press Shift-Tab. This key command makes it easy to quit running application...

4. Still holding the Command key, click the Q-key and the highlighted application will quit.

5. Continue for each icon and soon you'll have quickly quit each running application.

Windows Users
1. Press and hold the Alt-key

2. Keep holding down the Alt-key and press the Tab-key. A row of icons will appear onscreen.

3. To move backwards in the row of icons, press Shift-Tab.
